or depth of focus (field). I’d just show you and say, ‘get up to the telephoto end

of your lens, set your aperture priority mode with an f-stop of 2.8, focus on the

flower and fire away.’

And you would say, ‘OK’, and you’d get your shot. But unfortunately I’m not

standing beside you...
